Symphonic Band Scale Record Holders

This week, the Symphonic Band had an all-out scale war!!!  All the students were asked to play the 4 scales we've been studying in class as fast and as cleanly as they could.  These were our winners!!!

These kids are killing it!!!  Their progress since the first week of school is absolutely astounding, and I cannot wait to see where they are by the end of the semester!  Look out world, here comes the NAMS Symphonic Band!!!!

2015 Meet the Bulldogs

Tonight was New Albany Middle School's 2015 Meet the Bulldogs! Our students were well represented, and are outstanding examples of how young musicians should act and behave. Here are a few pictures from tonight:
